Every child has a favorite toy. For Mateo that would be his action figure, Optiman. But what happens when it suddenly disappears?
Who will fill that hole in a kid’s heart, now more than ever, as he is dealing with a loss in the family? And how will they, together, uncover the mysteries behind both grim events?
An unlikely hero
To our protagonist's dislike, the only hero up for the task is a battered, handed down, blank faced figurine. Over time, it will absorb the anger and loss of control of a ten year old that has trouble handling new emotions, and channel those destructive feelings onto something that can be used for good antimatter powers to clear obstacles and solve puzzles, until he learns how to cope with these griefful happenings (with the help of his friends that will come to his house on after school play dates, of course).
A very different Time and space
Enjoy a 3D platformer, with some optiman shooty action and dream levels, set in 1990s south America (leading to wacky set pieces like Christmas in summer), split in five different worlds, each based around a different toy or playset that Mateo gets as presents, on holidays or events like his birthday.
